Northwestern Lehigh High School’s science club finished in 7th place overall at the Centraleastern Regional Competition of the Science Olympiad. Teams from twenty-six area high schools competed at this event held at Kutztown University on Thursday, March 11, 2010.

The team finished with two 1st place medals (Egg-O-naut and Physics Lab) and two 4th place medals (Picture This and Trajectory). The team also had four very respectable 5th place finishes in Elevated Bridge, It’s About Time, Mouse Trap Vehicle and Technical Problem Solving — falling just short of the medal awards. Congratulations to all science club members and their advisor David Moyer (Chemistry and Physics Teacher).
