Act 93 Agreement
The current Act 93 Agreement for Northwestern Lehigh School District expired on June 30, 2009. At that time, the District was still in collective bargaining with the Northwestern Lehigh Education Association. The District and Act 93 members agreed to wait until the conclusion of the teacher negotiations was finalized before proceeding with discussion for a new Act 93 agreement.
Representatives from the School Board and the Act 93 membership met on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 to begin this process. The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 22, 2010.
